    DOMESTIC ORDERS

    All domestic orders come with tracking. You will automatically receive your tracking number and tracking updates via email once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post.

    * Please note: It may take up to 24 hours after receiving our shipping confirmation for tracking to take effect. 

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    All New Zealand orders that have selected express shipping will receive tracking updates via email once the order has been lodged with Australia Post.

    All other international orders that have selected our *Pack and Track service will include tracking. You will automatically be sent your tracking number and updates once your package has been lodged with Australia Post.

    * Please note: It may take up to 24 hours after receiving our shipping confirmation for tracking to take effect.

    You'll be able to see when your parcel has been: 

    • received and accepted by a Post Office
    • processed for international delivery
    • received by the overseas postal organisation
    • delivered to its final destination 

     * Please note that International Pack and Track service is currently only available to the following destinations: BELGIUM, CANADA, CHINA, CROATIA, DENMARK, ESTONIA, FRANCE, GERMANY, HONG KONG, HUNGARY, IRELAND, ISRAEL, LITHUANIA, MALAYSIA, MALTA, NETHERLANDS, POLAND, PORTUGAL, SINGAPORE, SLOVANIA, SOUTH KOREA, SPAIN, SWEDEN, UNITED KINGDOM, UNITED STATES.

    If you are not located in any of the above locations your order will be sent via International Airmail. International Airmail service does not include tracking.
