    WHAT DOES THE ACCOUNT DO?

    Our ‘Friends of Few and Far’ account does four things:

    1. Retain all of your check out information (name, address etc.) to save you the hassle of entering all of your details every time you place an order.
    2. Let you keep track of your order history and spending.
    3. Check the progress of your current order/s.
    4. (The best part) it allows us to monitor and gift ALL of our bigger orders/supporters EACH MONTH!

    All account holders who spend $250 or more in any given month (this can be made up of multiple orders) will be gifted with store credit to spend in the next month. See below for complete overview:

    Spend $250 and get $25 store credit
    Spend $300 and get $30 store credit
    Spend $350 and get $35 store credit 
    Spend $400 and get $40 store credit
    Spend $450 and get $45 store credit
    Spend $500 and get $50 store credit

    Your support never goes unnoticed and this is our little way of saying thank you, and showing how much we appreciate it.

    Please note: Shipping costs are NOT included in the total spent.

    HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH I HAVE SPENT SO FAR?

    As mentioned, when you are logged into your account you will be able to see all your past orders and check if you're eligible for a gift, and to what amount.  

    WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY GIFT?

    We will track your spending throughout the month i.e. January 1st - 31st and you will be notified by email of your gift amount and store credit code at the beginning of the following month.  

    I SPENT OVER $250 LAST MONTH AND DIDN’T RECEIVE MY GIFT, WHAT THE HELL?

    Really? Something's not right - before we look into it, can we please ask a favour and get you to double check that you spent over $250 with us in the last month (excluding shipping costs) before emailing us. If you think we made a mistake then please email us at orders@fewandfarcollective.com right away!

    WHEN DOES MY GIFT EXPIRE?

    All gifts expire within 1 month of the issue date.

    I FORGOT TO USE MY GIFT BEFORE IT EXPIRED, CAN I PLEASE HAVE A NEW ONE?

    We’re sorry but due to our gifting cycle this is unfortunately not possible – once expired that’s it. 

    THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW

    Vouchers are only valid on orders over $50 - this is to cover the cost of shipping and handling. 

    Vouchers can only be used on one single transaction during the time they are valid.
